Just like drinking and other things, some people should not be driving. A friend I would carpool to school with in the past, 1/4-1/2 time driving with him he would be involved in some kind of mild or more serious confrontations, it's a sickness in some cases. For my buddy driving gave him a sense of entitlement which he pushed upon others periodically and he would never act like that when not driving.

Something about getting behind the wheel of a car and on a pickup basketball court can change the nicest person into a raging animal.

Have had to back off a couple of times myself, not sure what it is that sets people off.

a few of the road rages that ended up in deaths were because they followed the aggressor.
which they showed the Joe McKnight one where the guy shot and killed him.

Texas is really bad, fukin rednecks in oversized pickups are as angry as they come. Have lived in Tampa, Phoenix, LA, and nothing comes close to the Lone Star State when it comes to asshole drivers. Only real downside of living here.

a buddy of mine has a son down in Texas, him and his wife went down to visit and said they do like 90 mph on the highways, even coming off an exit they are speeding

I hear ya. Where I live we got maybe 45% white trash and 45% ghetto minority. The other 10% are made up of people that act like civilized humans .... like what the US was like about 30 years ago.

Sometimes I'll see another civilized human being in my state (not very common) and I'll pause for a moment and give them a fleeting and knowingly look like, "Bro, it's good to see another civilized human being among all these savages". And I can tell they're awake, too.

Then I look at all these other barnyard animals and go, "Wtf is this shit?"
